Our subscription program is designed to make it easy to keep your dog's oral care routine consistent by automatically delivering your favorite products on a monthly basis.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following Subscription Policy.

Eligible Subscription Products

The following products are currently available for subscription:

• Buster Brush® Enzymatic Toothpaste

• Buster Brush® Sea Kelp Water Additive

Subscribers receive 15% off the regular purchase price for each subscribed product.

Billing & Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days unless canceled or paused before the next billing date.

Your selected payment method will be charged automatically at each renewal.

By placing a subscription order, you authorize Buster Brush (FletchCo, LLC) to charge your payment method for each recurring order until your subscription is canceled.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment cannot be processed, we will automatically attempt to process the payment again.

We will make up to three (3) additional payment attempts over the following days.

If payment cannot be successfully processed after these attempts, your subscription will be automatically paused until your payment information is updated or the subscription is reactivated.

You will receive email notifications regarding failed payment attempts and any subscription status changes.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription at any time through your customer account, including:

• Updating your payment method

• Changing your shipping address

• Skipping an upcoming order (if available)

• Pausing your subscription

• Reactivating a paused subscription

• Canceling your subscription

Any changes must be made before your next scheduled billing date to apply to the upcoming order.

Subscription Pricing

Subscription pricing is available only while your subscription remains active.

Product prices may change over time. If the subscription price changes, you will be notified prior to your next renewal as required by applicable law.

Shipping

Subscription orders are shipped using the shipping method selected during checkout and are subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed before each recurring order is processed.

Returns & Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to the same return and refund policies as one-time purchases. Please review our Shipping & Returns Policy for additional information.

Changes to This Policy

Buster Brush (FletchCo, LLC) reserves the right to modify this Subscription Policy at any time. Any material changes will apply to future subscription renewals and will be posted on this page.
